The Breathing Room at The New Children's Museum in San Diego
This sensory sensitive environment offers a place to sit down, look up and breathe. The overhead sculptures gently move up and down at the rate of a calming breath, while on the floor and wall giant sweaters offer hugs with weighted arms, a large rug invites families to lie down, and knitted pods give one a place to be alone.
